I have been so pleased with Heidi and her staff. Everyone is warm, friendly, and eager to assist. Heidi blows me away. I had talked to multiple people, seeking advice on how to tackle my trust, Heidi was the ONLY one with immediate and excellent feedback. She solved several tricky items, and was well aware of all the laws and "should do's" and "cannot do's". Heidi always gave me plenty of time at each appointment and never rushed me. I feel so confident that I am in good hands with a company whose advice I can thoroughly trust! I highly, highly recommend Heidi and her firm!

I found Heidi Webb to be very professional and very thorough while preparing my will. She is very detail orientated and brought many issues to my attention so nothing was overlooked. I walked away feeling I was very well soon and would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

ASK HEIDI:  Do I need to select a Power of Attorney for financial matters and another for health care, or can the same person do both?

Short Answer:  While it’s two different documents/roles it can be the same person wearing both hats.

The document for handling financial matters is called a Durable Power of Attorney and the Health Care Surrogate Designation is for healthcare decisions when you are unable but there’s an expectation of survival.

I usually approach it from the perspective that they are very different roles and often different loved ones might be better suited for one rather than the other.  I tell my client’s that they shouldn’t feel it HAS to be the same person but it absolutely can be.
