Personal Representative

Heidi has prepared wills, durable power of attorney and Living wills for multiple relatives, my mother and me.

We recently needed to update documents for my mom. After a couple of phone consultations during which Heidi asked questions to ascertain all of our needs, we scheduled an appointment to meet and sign. Heidi always displays great level of care, concern and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable and quite thorough. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Mom was comfortable and felt heard and cared for. I have recommended Heidi to a number of friends and family and they have all echoed the same sentiment. If you are looking for the utmost respect and care while completing your estate planning I urge you to call Heidi.

I had a great experience with attorney Heidi S. Webb and her team. My father passed away in Florida and left me some property. I live in Massachusetts so I wanted to sell it. Heidi and her team represented me. Heidi was able to quickly put the property on the market and get it sold quickly as well. She put in the extra effort and was able to find a buyer willing to pay significantly above the listing price. I couldn't be happier with the way she handled everything for me and how she made a difficult time in my life much easier. Heidi and her team were very professional but there was also a very personal touch as well. I highly recommend Heidi S. Webb to handle any of your needs. You will be happy you did! Thanks again to Heidi, Molly and the rest of the team!

How Much Will It Cost to Hire an Attorney?

There are three general ways attorneys charge for their services by the hour, percentage, and/or flat rate, and the pricing can vary depending on the experience and reputation of the attorney. Remember the old adage — you get what you pay for, this applies to hiring an attorney.

That said, I cannot tell you what a specific legal service should cost, but I can say this –if you need Estate Planning:

  • You should hire a human.
  • A human with a law degree.
  • A human with a law degree in the state in which you reside.
  • A human with a law degree in the state in which you reside that practices in the area of Estate Planning.
  • If you have a complicated estate, that human may charge more than a non-human.
  • It will be worth it in the long run —Estate Planning is a necessary investment.

The best referrals for these humans I describe above are from someone you know OR read some google reviews —the more the better!
