Heidi Webb did an amazing job with our estate planning. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things so that you can really understand how things will work. Quick turn around time and very reasonable fee. I highly recommend her for any and all of your estate planning needs.

Heidi did an AMAZING job as our estate planner! With a somewhat complicated situation in creating a trust for us, as we were living in different states at the time, she made the process easy to understand. Her knowledge of estate planning in all areas of the country was invaluable in assisting us with our needs and explaining each step through the process. We would gladly encourage anyone hiring an estate planner to consider Heidi Webb. Thank you Heidi! :)

MYTH #4: Once I put a plan in place, I don’t need to revisit it later.

Estate Planning Myths

Planning is never a “once and done” proposition. Your life, preferences, and goals change over time and maybe also be impacted by outside influences, such as the financial markets, tax law changes, and economic events. What if you marry or divorce, welcome a new child or grandchild, your minor children become adults, you move to another state, or experience the death of a spouse? All of these changes need to be reflected in your estate and legacy planning. That’s why it’s important to periodically review and update your estate planning documents, including your beneficiary designations and how your various accounts are titled.
